We have been using FinalCut Pro in our Worship Service.  Works great and you can add things on the fly when the Pastor takes a left hand turn on you.  

We tried Media Shout and due to the distance we need to project the resolution was substandard.  We do use Media Shout in some of our smaller service rooms and it works great there.
