Jason,
I used the MDT to do my roll out. I actually didn't capture an image but
customized a generic image, dumped my drivers and application in MDT and
WinPE did the rest.
Opps...MDT = Microsoft Deployment Toolkit

The only media I have is the ISO I downloaded from eopen.
Michael, what documentation did you follow?
What I would like to do is capture a Vista Installation (on a dell 755)
and then push that image out to other machines with identical hardware.
I have: installed the role on the 2008 server, added the 2008 server
boot image, created a capture boot image, and added the boot image from
the capture boot image... but that is where my success ends.

I am trying to use WDS on a 2008 server to deploy Vista Enterprise (the
version you get when you have active Software Assurance on Vista).
Part of the process to get the server ready to capture the image
(according to the step by step guide) is to import the Default Install
Image (install.wim on the install media). This works fine from the
Vista Business and Server2k8 media but fails to import from the Vista
Enterprise media with the following error: "The Specified Image file is
either invalid or corrupt."
I have done digging around the net and found nothing that resolves this
issue.. Suggestions?
