Here is our pricing structure:
Storage refers to the maximum storage space on our server. It compresses the data before it backs up, so you will usually get significantly more on there.
Storage Monthly Price for additional storage Bandwidth Limiter
1 GB 18.95 $2.00/100MB 128k
2.5GB 37.95 $1.50/100MB 256k
5GB 54.95 $11.00/1GB 512k
10GB 94.95 $9.00/1GB 512k
25GB 214.95 $8.00/1GB 2M
50GB 399.95 $7.50/1GB Unlimited
100GB 749.95 $7.00/1GB Unlimited
We also have an annual plan which gives you a price break, but I don't have those numbers in front of me. I think it is basically 16% off the prices above. All prices include email support. There is no maximum byte transfer limit, just a bandwidth limit, which I think is very competitive. Our datacenter has redundant OC3s, so we don't really have a problem with bandwidth.
Our software is capable of doing direct SQL backups using stored procedures (meaning it doesn't rely on your normal SQL backup routine, so it gives you another recovery method if everything goes south). You can configure retention policies however you see fit. If you start running out of space, you can change your retention policy, or you can change what you are backing up. Or you could buy more space.
We also support Exchange backups, although few of our customers have the bandwidth necessary to backup an Exchange database. It will do mailbox level backups as well, which is the way most of our customers choose to go. They just back up the mailboxes for the people who could make their lives miserable if they lost an email.
We support direct System State backups, so you can make sure you have a backup of your AD.
And of course file backups, including VSS support.
All data backed up to Tereo is replicated to another server 20 miles away, where it is backed up to tape. If our primary datacenter goes down, we can be up and running from our replication copy in less than 10 minutes.

How much data are you needing to back up? If anyone wants I can get you
pricing on our Tereo backup service. We typically limit to 512Mbps for
anyone with a plan larger than 5GB, and go all the way to Unlimited for
anyone with more than 25GB storage. Unlimited will usually mean "as
much as you can send" since I doubt you could match our bandwidth.'

I've been testing online backups from https://www.egnyte.com/. It has
a few nice features beyond what MozyPro has. But, similar to Mozy,
I've been running into 128KB upload bandwidth limits for backups,
which makes it a pain to use.
