[itdiscuss] Paetec VOIP

We have had good success with Vitelity as our VOIP carrier.  They are
strictly for SIP over an existing Internet link, of which we use Verizon.

Only been about 6 months with Vitelity, and zero issues.  Our trunk
requirements are small though (4 lines).
