[itdiscuss] exchange single-user problem

I have a single user using Outlook, very basic setup. It is an online-only mode account, and everything she tries to login in the last week Outlook responds with the error that the Exchange Server is unavailable...but it is not! Hah!

Any ideas how to fix this?
