Bill,
I handle the recording of our sermons at my church (we use an MP3 recorder
and then I transfer it to a PC) and they range from 10-30MB depending on how
long the pastor preaches. I record our audio at 64kbps bit rate and
44100kHz sample rate - this is fine for just voice.
