The problem comes with making it work for ANY cell phone. We did some work with car dealer sites at my previous job and used QR codes. If you’re not familiar with them, they are the next generation in bar codes. There are a lot of 3rd party apps out there that will use a phones camera and read QR codes.. you can do all sorts of things with them including adding contacts.. once again.. it all depends on the phone though.

Well you can push text as an SMS to a cell phone via an email adress if you have their cell phone # and provider info on a web form.
