[itdiscuss] Need some help on lan to lan question

I have a lan in location A with a Netgear FVS318 router/firewall, and a lan
at location B with a Netgear WGT624 wireless router/firewall at the second
site.

I can manage the routers from either site without a problem. I want to be
able to access a device in location A from the lan at location B. Both sites
have dedicated IP addresses. I don’t know if I need a VPN or just to open
something on the firewall. I have done as much research as I can but I can’t
seem to figure out how to make this happen. Is there someone out there that
could tell me what the magic formula is?
