[itdiscuss] Stumped by a Printer

What happens when it won't print?  Is an error generated or it only partially
spools or no error whatsoever 'er what?

I need to see if anyone has seen this problem before. 
 
I have a user that cannot print documents to her printer that she prints
every week. These are Order of Service and other music department documents
created in MS Word. She can print the very same docs to other printers. She
can create a new doc and print it, but not if she copies and pastes the old
data into it. I cannot figure out what would make this happen. Anyone have
experience with this?
