I don't know about others, but it sounds like you are looking for a 'Jack of all Trades' and master of none!
The two (or six or seven?) positions are really quite time consuming in and of themselves; if your church is large enough to require a video director, switching cameras, etc., then you are already PAST the size of needing a separate technology department.
Maybe you'll find a superman/woman who can fill all those needs and still find time to sleep a few hours a week; but I for one couldn't DO that to someone.
Just my humble opinion though...what are others thoughts?
