Thank you! I was using single quotes from a formula possibility passed
to me from a SQL db admin.

Hmmm... should be something like:

 

=[Last Name]&", "&[First Name]

 

 

or perhaps:

 

=[Last_Name]&", "&[First_Name]

I'm trying to create a calculated field in WSS 3.0 and simply need to
show the fields [First Name] and [Last Name] in a single column after a
user saved a contact record they create. For the life of me I can't seem
to get it to work. Anyone have the magically delicious  formula?
