[itdiscuss] XP SP3 Stability

The problem I encountered was with the inability to run windows updates.
It turned out that the version of SP3 I got MS disabled the wups2.dll.
I just registered the dll and everything was working.  I have only put
SP3 on new computers and those that I have re-installed windows.  I have
been apprehensive about putting SP3 on an existing SP2 machine.
