If you’re a sonicwall or mcafee shop, I should mention that both those incorrectly consider stuff from that site to be a “hacking tool” or some kind of malware. IPScan is tremendously useful, but you may have to get creative to work around the firewall.

I wouldn't see why not as long as you have routes setup for the IP.
I also like using nmap for network scanning.

What’s an easy way to get the IP addresses to go with that list. Caveat, have to work in Windows, no *nix system available. Also unwilling to pay for a utility for this.
