We completed the upgrade from 10.1.7 to SEP 11.4104.26 on May 1, 2009.  We have had good luck and it is running well on our computers.  I installed the new version on a different server and left the old one running, I created an install package and installed it on each machine, that upgraded the version of Symantec and moved them from the old management server to the new one, when everyone was upgraded I shutdown the old Symantec system.

Only problem I have had was running  11.0.4014.26 on our 2008 64-bit Storage server, the shares would drop for no reason and would not show any errors, it turned out to be a problem with Symantec on the 64-bit 2008 OS, they fixed it in 11.0.4202.
