Bill, could it be in your default users profile?  Have you tried
deleting the user profile and does it return?  Have you tried
re-creating the default users profile and does it return?

All users?    Local and RDP connections?

 

Have you tried different screen resolutions?

 

Any group policies in play?

I've got a strange problem that has been around for a long time on my
terminal server.  I'm wondering if any of you have an idea on what I can
do about it.  When my users log in the taskbar shows up and then
automatically "goes down" until you take your mouse and "pull" it back
up.  It isn't a case of autohide because if you hover over it you don't
get it to automatically "rise up".  Any ideas on how to fix it?
