How do you sync between your laptop and the network? Is through this
company's sight or direct? If direct, how do you have the server side
setup?

SyncbackSE is a great little program for this. It's very versatile and even
the freeware version includes most options.

Subject: [itdiscuss] File Sync Solution
I'm trying to come up with a file sync solution over a https connection to a
file server on our network.
I have several laptops that have not been joined to the domain. These
machines need to work on documents offline. When they are connected to the
Internet, I would like them to "auto-sync" documents to a file share on our
network. I'd like to do this securely and I want to leave keep these
computers off of the domain for security and ease of use reasons. Any
thoughts or experiences?
Thanks,
Bill Lloyd
