[itdiscuss] E-mail Archival

We use and LOVE Postini - part of our licensesing grants us a year of
online searchable email archival (incoming and outgoing). We could
purchase additional years but haven't felt the need to do so yet.

We also of course have email backups which we hang on to for years.

 

We not had any legal counsel suggest to us yet for or against long term
archival.
