All I've got is the VEEAM SCP (freeware) I don't think that will do it,
or am I mistaken?

Any suggestions for replicating guest machines between 2 ESXi hosts?
Preferrably dynamically. I can copy datastores with VEEAM SCP but that
requires you to stop the hosts.
