Printing has never been an issue.  Our problems include extreme slowness
compared to XP SP3, multiple lockups during the day with Shelby and
Office 2k3, inability to run some legacy software and phantom shutdowns
that require a reboot.  Our budget is extremely tight this year so there
will be no new purchases or upgrades with very close Trustee scrutiny.

Has anyone attempted to retrograde a Vista install to XP?  I have four
Vista computers that were purchased before Dell offered the "buy
Vista/ship XP" deals.  The users are fed up with Vista.
