After  doing all that the others have mentioned I still have to use the
"ADSI Edit" snapin for MMC and change their legacyExchangeDN record from
their old name to new. I read somewhere it's a bug in the Exchange 2003
system that causes some people to have to do that. 

 

I won't expound on the ADSI Edit issue right now. Because it may not be
necessary for you. If you still have trouble with the name change let me
know and I'll lay it all out for ya unless someone has a link offhand
they can post.

I have staff member that has recently married and did not keep her
maiden name.  How do I modify her email account to accept her new name
and also accept mail coming to her old name?
