You might want to speak with John Dolan of Viant Solutions. I believe they are based in Norcross.

Subject: [itdiscuss] IT Support Vendors
I have recently been given the responsibility of managing the IT department of our organization. The company who was our primary business partner for anything IT related also recently went out of business and I am looking for a replacement for them. Preferably a local company. Their primary function during my tenure with TMS (which has been less than a year) has been to keep up with our software licensing issues and make sure that we have been covered. They would inform us of expirations approaching and provide us with quotes for the renewals. They also provided quotes for technology upgrades, both hardware and software. They did provide some technical assistance as well on the installation and management side. Part of any quote they provided was for knowledge transfer which would basically be training our staff to manage the HW/SW they installed and implemented for us. I have a source for any kind of technical assistance I might require but would be interested in someone more local as well. I also am interested in a local company to provide quotes for the HW/SW requirements I may have going forward. Do any of you have recommendations for the Atlanta/Roswell/Norcross area of GA?
