Yup - we use postini so we could log into anyone's email archive and
look or search. You can't "hide" from archival J

What a great idea.  Implement a Barracuda message archiver, or similar,
and you'd have eveything available.  solves the immediate problem AND
offers so much more....

If you go into Reading Pane options and turn off the "mark items as
read"
option, messages will still show as being unread.

Does anyone know of a way, in Exchange 2003, to mirror a mailbox to a
"phantom" mailbox?  We want to monitor the emails of one of our users
without them being aware of what we are doing.
