Folks,
I have found such problems with other users online, but not fix. 

We have several HP Laserjets, as do many people. Models vary, but with all the lower-end (2605, 2420, etc.) we have had problems with viewing the property pages. When users (no matter what OS or computer they are on) click on the properties they initially get a screen, but then the user gets a protection fault error, and the properties window goes blank or closes.

Have you had such a problem, and do you have any idea how to fix? HP has been less than helpful at this point.
