[itdiscuss] User Profile Utility?

What is a good utility to assist you in moving user profiles on a  
computer (and possibly the computer itself) from an old domain into a  
new domain?  The manual process is time-consuming and I can envision a  
utility that does it all at once (if that is possible!).  :)
