turns out both users have Iphones J

Did they accept from the Iphone when this happened?

You don't by chance have iPhones out there do you? We had this issue,
but it was resolved by iPhone 3.1 software released last week.

Thanks,

Josh

I would appreciate any suggestions on this problem. I'll try to explain
it J. We are on Outlook and Exchange 2003.

User A sends a meeting request to several people, some of which she has
editor calendar rights to.

We will use 3 users B, C and D.

User B she has editor rights to his calander, C & D she has no rights.

She has received 2 messages that stated:

User B has accepted on behalf of user D...

And

User C has accepted on behalf of user D

Users B,C and D have not shard their calendars with each other.

For email she has send on Behalf rights to user B only. Users B, C & D
have no send on behalf rights.

Users B & C simply accepted the Meeting request.

Any thoughts appreciated.
