We have used www.yousendit.com in the past, although it is not free.

Another option we have recently implemented was WebDAV folders w/128-bit SSL
enforcement.  This was easily done on our Windows 2003 Servers.

We are trying to transfer large video files of our sermons to our Kona, HI
campus.  Have you heard of this or what would you suggest?  We would prefer
something free, fast, and stable, if possible.
