Try Magic ISO Maker: www.magiciso.com

 

Once installed, use the right-click context menu. There'll be a MagicISO
branch with a "Make Image File from X:" where X: is the drive you've
selected. I haven't tried it on USB flash drives so I can't say that it
will do what you want. Give the trial a shot to see.

Thanks for the info but I'm trying to do the opposite.  I want to take a
bootable USB stick and make an ISO image from it.

I used a procedure like the one at the link below to create a bootable
USB flash drive to install Win7 when the system wouldn't recognize and
boot from a Win7 install DVD.
