[itdiscuss] Email Delivery Delays

I have a few very vocal members (complain directly to senior pastor
rather than to me) about delays in emails from church staff.  The latest
was a four day delay (he is using Yahoo).  Is there something I can do
to troubleshoot this problem?  We are using Exchange 2003 and Barracuda.
