For years of using PalmOS, I was a big fan of SplashID. Great syncing between Palm device and Windows desktop. Very configurable, flexible, and easy to use. Worth the money they charge. http://www.splashdata.com/splashid/palm/
There's also a SplashID for iPhone and a desktop program for Mac, but I've never used those.
SplashID has a webOS version (for my current Palm Pre) but they do not have a desktop solution that syncs with the Pre version. For that reason I'm about to evaluate jVault. http://www.cohosoft.com/product_detail.php?productname=jvault They do have a Windows desktop program that syncs with the webOS app.
