Get both Google Apps and SalesForce for free, the non-profit editions have
no advertising and are the Enterprise Level service, all for free.  Google
Apps gives away Postini Email / Spam Filtering for your entire
organization.  I have found the web browser interface to be superior in
performance and function to Microsoft Outlook.
