We've been using Postini for 5+ years ... Each individual can log into
their own spam filter settings via login.postini.com
From there they can manage thier own white and black lists via email
addess or domain as well as set how agressive filtering should be for
various categories.
Admins can set domain wide settings as well. Our default setting for
all users is max for all categories and we get very few false positives.
However some services like planning center always send emails that
appear to postini as spoofed emails (it's goofy what they do). Our
latest attempt to try and fix that was to whitelist the IP of planning
center email servers. I've not heard if that has fixed the issue yet.
Regardless, Postini has been awesome for us. We also have a reseller
whom I'd recommend as well. Hop over to the CITRT chatroom http://citrt.org/chat
  and ask subq for info.
Let me know if you have other questions.
