[itdiscuss] DNS Help! - rDNS/PTR <RESOLVED>

Does anyone have a similar contact for network engineers at Comcast for
delegating or setting up reverse DNS?  I've always been told by Comcast that
this isn't possible, but was wondering if it would be if we bypassed their
customer support.
