Having been in many an organizations switching centers (both telco and data) including:  Comcast, PAEtec, XO, Level 3, UUNet, Verizon, PAEtec, Switch & Data, SunGard, 1102 Grand / KCNAP, to name a few ... only a few impressed me much.

SunGard is 100% Tier 4 top Notch,  Comcast @ the DC level is awesome - however use of routine trailer like head ends is not unheard of... 
Level 3 top notch as well. 

While in the Philadelphia PAETec facily - I was far from impressed... reminded me of an XO level quality.
Good but Not Great.
