I have used Paetec for the last seven years.  I recently needed to upgrade to a third T1 line.  To get the sales representative to call me to do this, took two weeks.  Once the work was done and the bill came it was abysmal.  They had double billed and incorrectly billed us.  I tried for over three weeks to get a representative to call me back.  Finally after the threat of pulling the contract was left on their voice mail, I received a call.  I have to say up to this encounter I would have whole heartedly recommended this company.  The tech people are generally very helpful.  But if this is what their sales department is like, the tech department may shortly follow.

I foresee a change in my provider next year!
