Save the user's .PST and .nk2 files and delete the Outlook profile.  When
you recreate and verify connection, copy these back to their original
location.

I have one client (of 30) that will not connect to Exchange Server.  The
user has had no problem for almost two years and now, last Wednesday, the
client refused to connect to Exchange.  I created a second user on the
computer and connected to exchange with no problem.  She gets mail via her
iPhone so I don't believe her account is the problem.
