I did that but was still unable to even create a new user Outlook client
session on Exchange server. I checked the applications log and found
this error.
Mapi session "/o=EXCHANGE/ou=First Administrative
Group/cn=Recipients/cn=cfralish" exceeded the maximum of 32 objects of
type "session".
I rebooted the Exchange server and was able to fix the problem but am
not exactly sure what I did. Can anyone explain this?

EsxchangeServer 2K3
Save the user's .PST and .nk2 files and delete the Outlook profile.
When you recreate and verify connection, copy these back to their
original location.

Server 2K3
I have one client (of 30) that will not connect to Exchange Server. The
user has had no problem for almost two years and now, last Wednesday,
the client refused to connect to Exchange. I created a second user on
the computer and connected to exchange with no problem. She gets mail
via her iPhone so I don't believe her account is the problem.
