I did that but was still unable to even create a new user Outlook client session on Exchange server.  I checked the applications log and found this error.

Mapi session "/o=EXCHANGE/ou=First Administrative Group/cn=Recipients/cn=cfralish" exceeded the maximum of 32 objects of type "session".

I rebooted the Exchange server and was able to fix the problem but am not exactly sure what I did.  Can anyone explain this?

Save the user's .PST and .nk2 files and delete the Outlook profile.  When you recreate and verify connection, copy these back to their original location.

I have one client (of 30) that will not connect to Exchange Server.  The user has had no problem for almost two years and now, last Wednesday, the client refused to connect to Exchange.  I created a second user on the computer and connected to exchange with no problem.  She gets mail via her iPhone so I don't believe her account is the problem.
