[itdiscuss] Increase partion size

I have used gparted 1.5.1 live CD to do this.Opensource/free.  I would
implore you to have rock solid, system-state backups of all disks before you
start.  I have seen it leave the C partition unbootable before.

I have used Acronis Disk Director Server with success, but it is a little
pricier (is that a word?).

I have a server that is running out of disk space on the c: partition.   I
have plenty of usable space of the e: partition.  Is it possible to use
something like Partition Magic after the fact?
