We use/recommend/sell the Barracuda Message Archiver.  I am sure you will also receive a number of recommendations from others using this product and other appliances from Barracuda Networks.  Implementation could not be easier and list prices start at $1,995 for the appliance.

Barracuda does not provide me with non-profit pricing, but I would like to make a crazy offer to IT Discuss members.  Through April 15, 2010, we will offer the Barracuda Message Archiver at 5% over our dealer cost.  For years, I have wanted to offer a 2 or 3 day promotion of flat cost to churches, but my accounting and sales staff have convinced me that it is one thing to be charitable and another to go negative on a deal.  So, please consider that 5% as our internal expense of selling/handling/billing/collecting the order.  Our sales agreement with Barracuda does not allow me to advertise a price below a certain point, but as a Diamond Partner with Barracuda we receive the best discounts.  If anyone would like to buy a unit for 5% over our real dealer cost, please let me know and I will be happy to provide a quote.
