Have you tried just restarting the print spooler service versus
rebooting the whole server to see if that allows people to print?  It's
only printing issues and not any other file or network access type
stuff, right?

reboot the server all is well.  When I log into the server and print
test pages from the server, that works fine.  But from the workstations
